Allow Portal to send emails via "Send Password Reset To Contact" process

Hi All

I have updated "From" email from "{Owner(Contact)}" to our "NoReply" account but it still saying its not allowed to send email.

So the question is - how do I allow "Send Password Reset To Contact" process to send email as particular user?
