Post Card with Chat with Flowbot not filling client area horizontally

I have a Power Automate flow that sends an AdaptiveCard to a Teams User's Workflows bot chat. Post in is set to Chat with Flow bot. I have "msteams": { "width": "Full" } within my card json. When sending a message to the user's chat the message doesn't fill the client area horizontally. If I use the same json and send to a channel it does fill the client.
