In power pages multistep form, on the redirect step if I select subpage or add partial url in the external url field, Its giving error as something went wrong.
But If we give full url in the external url tab then it is working fine.
Can anyone help me on this.
As Oliver mentioned if the custom error has been disabled you should be seeing a different error messaged (more of a stack trace), and this will usually provide some additional information.
If you have access to Azure data storage you can also configure Diagnostic Logging which should also give you more info (and the error will include the GUID you see in the portals error box)
This link includes both the disabling of the custom error (it also has a screen shot of a trace log - what you should be seeing now if it was disabled correctly) and also how to setup Diagnostic Logging

@OliverRodrigues I have it in mine, it is enhanced, and hasn't had the standard or Portal installed (and no Portal Management App, just Power Pages Management App)
Also, can see template under Website Package Details

Can also check if there is an upgrade for the Power Pages Core. if you select Dynamics 365 Apps in the screen shot from Oliver you should find it in the list.
Hi @OliverRodrigues ,
Thank you for your help, yes I have enabled for portal upgrade and waiting for the version to get update, hopefully it should resolve this issue.
Just wanted to ask upgrading the portal site will it be having any impact on the other features of the site.
Once disabling the custom error message you should be getting a different error page, but that's fine, I am pretty sure that the issue you are having is related to the portal version
navigate to Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com)
on the left, go to Environments --> select your environment
and then click on Resources --> Power Pages:
Open your website click on Edit within Site Details, and select "Enable the Portal for Early Upgrade"
this will help getting the most recent version, it might take some time to update the Portal as it would probably do this during off-peak hours.
Alternatively, you can open a support ticket with Microsoft and ask them to push the latest version for your environment, but I doubt that this would be any quicker
Hi @OliverRodrigues Thank you for your response, please see below details
Hi, a few things:
I am aware of a very similar issue with the Enhanced Data Model that should have been fixed as part of the Portal version 9.6.x.x. That's why I am asking the questions above.
