Apps not opening / opening slowly after a long time

In the last week we have encountered the problem that applications take a long time to load, changes sometimes do not go through easily and sometimes the applications crash while working..
Feeling that things are connected to each other.
Has anyone encountered this phenomenon? Do you know what can be done to speed up the work?

I can't respond to every comment directly,

I will try to check load on the screens and the code according to the steps you described.
Now it's getting weirder, for some users the apps have returned to opening normally and for some they are still excessively slow (sometimes even waiting for half an hour)

It really varies between the apps, there are some with a small amount (10) and some with much more (30+).
Some apps use Sharepoint tables and some use Dataverse.
The current issue happened with apps that pair with Dataverse tables

The app load time is greatly impacted by what code you might be running in the App.OnStart. So I would start there. Best practice guidance says that you should do only minimal work inside your App.OnStart and any significant data loading should be done in the App.StartScreen. You should also look to use Named Formulas to store any static data to increase performance of your app.

If your App.OnStart is running efficiently, then you need to use Monitor as mentioned by Keith's post below to see what the blocking call is that is causing the loading delay. You can also take a brute force approach to debugging it by taking out all the data load calls (or long running formulas) and putting them back in one by one to see at what point the loading delays occur.

    App.OnStart
    Named Formulas

Hey. Yes, I've seen similar issues before.

Try using the Power Apps Monitor to learn more about the app's behaviour:
