Adding Planner Task Notes and Checklist to Teams Notification

Hello,

 

By using a template I was able to get a notification on Teams when a task in Planner is marked as Complete. However, I'd like to add more details such as Notes and Checklists. I haven't been able to find the Dynamic Content to do so. Is this doable?
