Issue with web api calls failing with 500 Internal Server Error

My web api calls stopped working suddenly , which were returning response earlier and the same is working fine on other environments.
Can anyone help me what caused this sudden issue post Apr 14 2025

    we really need to see your flow, your actions, inputs and outputs etc. a 500 error is a server side error, not a client side, so without knowing what action is giving you the error and what Uri/L you are trying to do something too, not much we can offer.

    • are you still facing the error?
    • has there been any changes with regards permissions or anything?
    • can you share the error that you are getting?
    • what's your portal version?
    • have you tried opening a ticket with Microsoft?

    @oliver.rodrigues / @Michael E. Gernaey My code is all working fine till last week I got it promoted to QA env on Apr 14th and QA env is stable .
    But what I noticed in Dev environment is few of the webapi.safeAjax GET calls started failing with 500 exception. There is no change done to table permissions and site setting enable and field, It was same as before and was working fine since more than a year.
    I have a patch deployment next week and now my work is blocked.
