Sharepoint list new entry (prefilled form)

I am dealing with a large amount of data entry. In the past I did it with excel where dragging the fill handle saved me a lot of time for the columns that did not require new data entry (data in some columns changes only so often).

Sharepoint lists are a good choice for me however I cannot find a function where the new entry form would be prefilled with data of last row in the list. Is there a way to program that with power apps?
