Hey all,

I am pretty new to PowerAutomate, but think this could solve a lot of problems. I have created a flow including approvals. The approval first goes to the direct manager, after that to a dynamic number of people (collected from a sharepoint file), depending what has been selected in a MS Forms. This is working quite fine.

Now I want to create per Forms transmission a separate file, which includes the approval history. So in this file (PDF) I want to show in a nice way who has when taken a decision (approved or rejected) and did he add a comment. The file should refer to the ID created from the forms. This file should be attached to an email I am sending at the end of the flow as final step to the requestor.

I have no clue how to do that. Thanks for your help!
