I'm curious whether I could create custom action button configurations. I'm building a customer self-service feature in our portal and I came across using the customer self-service page template in Power Pages under its Cases (incident) entity/table.
For example, that table has custom action button configurations like Resolve Case, Close Case, Reopen Case, etc.
Whereas, the default is activate, deactivate, delete, etc.
How do I create my custom actions? Also, how do I how these actions are connected to the information in my tables? I'm curious how it changes the statuses, etc.
