Limit Flow Trigger on Specific Folder/File Column Modification

I wish to limit the trigger of my "When an item or a file is modified" to when a specific column is modified on a file but I also want it to be dynamic where only files within [insert Folder] name are modified since all the main folders have this specific subfolder name
