Gateways not listed when creating a connection

I am creating a new connection to use in Power Automate for an on-premise SQL Server. I am certain I have access to use the gateway connection because I have done this previously and those flows are currently functioning every day. However, now when I try to set up a new connection in Power Automate, the gateways are no longer listed in the dialog to select. I've tried refreshing and no change. If I try to look at an existing connection that uses the gateway, they are no longer listed. So at this point I can no longer create or edit any connections requiring the gateway.

Any ideas on why this is missing? I'm not sure when it changed, but I noticed recently because I was going to do a demo for a new flow maker.

Thanks in advance.
