Hi, after managing to add a new identity provider of okta to power pages using openid credentials, this seems to have corrupted elements of the power pages site, luckily just on dev but now has me concerned for rolling this out to production.

Under the security tab i can no longer view the identity management settings which goes to the blue page of death style saying sorry there is a disconnect, also the advanced security settings shows an error of something went wrong.

I have:
Rebooted
Cleared cache
tried different browsers
Applied 2024 release wave 2 update
Re-started the power pages site

Nothing, anyone else encountered this kind of issue ?

Can u send me the session details, I can check the error. Most likely we don't like format of some setting which is what is causing this.

    try the below steps:
    • Verify Okta Configuration: Ensure the Client ID, Secret, and OpenID Connect URL match Okta’s configuration and confirm the redirect URI is correct.

    • Clear Browser Cache: Clear cache or use incognito mode to reload Power Pages and check if settings become accessible.

    • Reset OpenID Provider in Power Platform Admin: Remove the Okta provider in the Power Platform Admin Center and restart Power Pages Studio to restore access.

    • Check Browser Console for Errors: Use Developer Tools to inspect any console or network errors when accessing security settings.

    • Restore Default Identity Provider Settings: Temporarily switch to the default Microsoft provider and verify access to security settings.

    • Contact Microsoft Support: If issues persist, reach out to Microsoft Support with details for further assistance.
