Hi there,

I've uploaded an employee photo folder to OneDrive but when connecting the data from PowerApps, the search tab is only looking for excel data sheets and not the folder so I can't connect the photo folder as a database. Any assistance/guidance will be much appreciated.

OneDrive content is not something that Power Apps can address as a data source. A SharePoint Library would be a better option, although could could paste the share URL of the photo into a field in your Excel sheet and use that.
