Send e-mail with slides to attendees

Hi,

I am trying to create a flow, where I can send an e-mail with an attachment (ppt slide) to attendees to a meeting after the meeting has been held for each time this meeting is being held. Does anyone know how I can get the attendees to be the recipients on the e-mail? I was thinking that the slide decks should be put on a Sharepoint site, where I will use that (a new item is added to a specific folder on a Sharepoint site) as a tricker for the flow to start, as the final ppt presentation to send is not complete until after the meeting. If you have any other ideas for something more smart, please let me know.
