How to determine performance profile of a Flow and how to see recent Analytics data

UPDATE: Analytics decided to start working this morning, disregard that part. Thanks.

I have a flow that was shut down for executing too many actions. The documentation says "You can see your performance profile by selecting Export on your flow and seeing the performance profile for your flow.". However, there is no information about performance profiles when I Export a Flow. Where can I find that information?

The doc goes on to say "The flow uses the plan of the owner of a cloud flow". The owner of the flow has a Microsoft PowerAutomate Free plan, but the Flow details screen says the plan is per-user.

Additionally, the Analytics screen only shows data up until 1/11/2021. I wanted to see the number of actions executed two days ago when the flow was disabled but the 14 day and the 7 day reports are completely blank.

To summarize, I'm looking for two one things: 1. How to definitely determine the performance profile of the Flow, and 2. How to see more recent analytic data.

    I finally found a resource that mentions both per-user plan and free plan in the same context:

    If the flow is set to the per-user plan, then it will get the plan of its primary owner. .... Users running the free or Office 365 license plans will only be able to access standard connectors

    It is unfortunate that "per user plan" is an overloaded and ambiguous term

    @Anonymous

    If you recently upgraded to a per user plan, then the "Power Automate Free Plan" should soon be updated to reflect the actual plan. However, since it appears that you are being shown two different licenses on your account, I would recommend opening a ticket with Microsoft support to gain clarification on which of the licenses are actually in use on your account at this moment.

    Those screenshots are from the page that I linked to in the initial question. I have reviewed all of that. My problem is the ambiguity and misinformation in the documentation. I have access to the user account but it seems to contradict the plan shown in the flow details - Per-user plan (see screenshot in original question)

    I'm am relatively certain the performance profile is "Low" but I can't tell my manager "I think it is Low".

    • The profiles are linked to the license the flow creator has. If you are not sure about the plan you have, you can connect with your admin and ask them to check the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    • Once you know the plan name, you can check this article: Limits and configuration - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs

    The performance profiles will not be displayed in the UI. I have attached screenshots of what the performance profile would be depending on the plan which is in use. The flow will take the license (profile) of the creator of the flow.

    I know why the flow was exceeding resource limits. I want to know how to determine what type of plan is in effect. As I mentioned, I can see one spot says per-user plan and another says powerautomate free and there is nothing about performance profiles when you do an Export.

    Hello @Anonymous ,

    If your flow is being shut down for running too many actions, it's possible that you have reached the daily maximum for actions. The link I am providing below provides further details on the limits per day, depending on the type of plan that you have. I would recommend taking a look at this as well as your flow analytics to see if you are reaching your daily limit.
