How to concatenate in dataverse !!

Hi all,

 

I have requirements where users can apply in any category. We have 5 category columns. Now, I want to send an email to the user based on his/her selection. For example, in the image below, if a user has selected Category A, B and Category E, how can I create a conditional column like "Combined" in Dataverse? If it is not possible in dataverse, how can I combine these in power automate?

    It also depends on what you are going to do with the field.

    If you are using it in a model driven app, then also have a look at multi select column.

    This type will give the user a bit more flexibility when filtering a view.

    Hi @Anonymous,

     

    you should use a formula column inside dataverse. No need for PA.

    Use the concatenate function and maybe some if condition, depending on what you want to be the final result.
