Portalmanagment-->Under security --> Contacts-->Contact Form stopped showing account details in account lookup, instead its showing only contacts. It was coming properly for me earlier.

Click the "<-All" at the top of the lookup selector this should then allow you to click Accounts

@Fubar  pls check the screenshot. This lookup suddenly stopped working. Ideally it should give both Account and contact table values. But it shopped showing account details.

Does your App include the Accounts Table?

Has someone applied Filtering (prefiltering) JavaScript to the Lookup field?

    Hi @radhikaLP

Two things to solve your problem

    1. Make sure your account table has some records and check the relationship is linked to the contact table

    2. When you hit account lookup then, two things are showing in the popup. Screenshot below

Note: If your account table has an associated record. It will show up for sure.

    Hope it helps.
