Hello All,

I have got 2 different fields namely Email id 1 and Email id 2. I would want the data stored in these 2 columns to be saved automatically in default Email field in model driven apps.

Please advice

    Hi @nagaraj007,

Can you kindly ellaborate more on the scenario, what the requirement you would like to acheive? Also, what happen when there's an email on both Email ID 1 and Email ID 2, what is saved in the default Email field?  Have you enable email setting "Send email to table" on the table? If so depending on when you enable it, it will automatically create an email column or pick an existing column.

If you just wanted to simply set the default email field, you can use calculated fields/columns: https://docs.microsoft.com/powerapps/maker/data-platform/define-calculated-fields?WT.mc_id=DX-MVP-5004271

    Hope this helps!
