Hello Community Experts,
I created a custom portal
I have set up cafex live assist
But I'm not able to see the chat button on my portal
I tried connecting the cafex and portal using the below link and few more sites but I'm still not clear how to integrate it!

I'm unable to see the chat window or button on the portal i created, this is the only problem I'm facing
I'm struggling from quite long

Hi @Sumaira ,
Just configuring Live Assist is not enough for it to appear on your portal. You will need to add a code snippet to the Portal to be able to see the chat. Please follow official docs from Live Assists to find out how to do so.
