Portal Migration using Configuration Migration Tool

I am looking for step by step process to migrate portal from one environment to another (in D365 online) using Configuration Migration Tool. Please note that the portal is Custom Portal with all web roles created as per the business requirements and web pages, web page access rules and all other customization is done.

I have to migrate this portal with all its data and different users created to login to the portal to another environment.

I am looking for the detail steps which solutions (apart from custom solution I created) to add to the schema while creating schema.

Please let me know the detail steps to create schema for Dynamics 365 portal migration.

Please find the official URL below where you can find all types of schema

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/admin/migrate-portal-configuration . You can use the "custom portal" schema according to your version and use the configuration migration tool. It should work definitely to transfer the data between environments.
