I have tested some Model-driven and Canvas Apps of Power Apps and now I cannot delete it

I have tested some Model-driven and Canvas Apps of Power Apps and now I cannot delete it, I am trying to find a solution online but I can't find the right one that can help me.

When I tried to delete the solutions it shows this.
