I'm new to Power Automate, but I've managed to pick up a few tricks along the way. 🙂 Let me give you some context: I manage a customer service department.
I have created forms that feed into a Microsoft List with the information gathered.
In this list, each row represents a customer request.
There's a column named "Customer Request Status."
Here's my challenge: I want an email to be sent to the address in the "Client Mail" column if the status of a request has not been changed for 5 days.
Additionally, I would like the content of the email to vary depending on the specific status that is pending.
I've tried several things, but I keep running into error messages. T.T
