Does PowerApps for Gov't include licenses for Power Pages and could one try to use it in junction with Sharepoint?

    Powerpages license is not yet available. We have to wait until the general availability including government.

    It definitely helps. Follow up question : can I try it with my personal Microsoft account so I can learn how to use it?
