List rows in Excel Table based on Month in DateTimeColumn

I need help automating a flow that lists the rows in a table based on a specific month and copies them to another Excel Table. The column being referenced is pulled in ISO 8601 format. I have tried 'Filter Query' in the list rows action, and various versions of compose to confirm the info being pulled, as well as Filter Array actions. Nothing seems to work, and shows the rows as empty.

List rows in Excel Table based on Month in DateTimeColumn
The List Rows Present in a table action will return a max of 256 records by default. If you have more than 256 rows in your spreadsheet.

You will need to toggle on pagination by selecting Settings > Toggle On Pagination and set a threshold.

Additionally, the Filter Query in the List Rows present in a table action will only accept a single argument. If you have more than one argument you'll need to use the Filter Array action.

Did you know that the Condition action has a limit of 10 conditions? Although it might look like the Filter Array action can only accept one condition—this is not true. By using the advanced mode you can enter multiple conditions into a Filter Array action with an expression.
