Log emails from Outlook with subject of Relayed

Hello. I'm a rather new user and need some help finalizing my flow. I was asked to log all the READ and DELIVERED receipts for specific emails so I have a flow that picks them up from my inbox and populates a SharePoint list. This works but only for internal company emails, external emails return with subject line beginning with "RELAYED".

I altered my flow to look for RELAYED at the beginning of the subject line but they don't get read in. Is Outlook blocking Power Automate from seeing these??

This is my flow:

The Relayed messages aren't picked up by the flow:

Thanks for your help!

The flow is not being triggered for any of the incoming messages that begin with Relayed.

This is the html of the Relayed message:

Hi @mocalvo , does flow gets triggered for Relayed incoming email?
If no, can you please share screenshot of how when new emails arrive trigger is configured? Also check the settings of the trigger if there are any Trigger conditions present.

If Yes, flow does get triggered then can you confirm Condition is false in that case?

Yes, Delivered: Recall and Read: Recall work. I copy pasted Relayed: Recall to make sure there weren't any spaces and that doesn't work either unfortunately.

I only see the output for Delivered and Read, I never even see Relayed go through the flow. It's as if the flow is blocked from seeing these emails.

Do the emails with "Delivered: Recall" and "Read: Recall" work ok, or do none of them work?

If it's just the "Relayed: Recall" then I'd maybe check to see if you accidentally added a space at the end of your text in the condition "Relayed: Recall "

If no space, then I'd have a look at the raw output of the email subject to check exactly what's being returned for those emails.

    Hi @mocalvo,

If You Want to get external emails return with subject line beginning with "RELAYED" You have to enter Only "RELAYED" in Start with Condition.
