Power Portal - Workflow button not working on Basic Form

Hi,

 

I have added a Workflow button on a basic form but for some reason that is not doing anything upon click. The workflow is sending email.

When I am adding the same workflow button on a Sub-grid of the same entity, it works fine.

 

Please help.
