Which flow created a task in dynamics?

Hi,

There is a flow running which created a record in the table called TASK, which is what controls activities view. I need to switch it off but there over 500+ flows across multiple solutions. How can I find which one it is? or at least what solution it's in?

I have info like below, so the owner, subject, regarding fields I can use for the search.
TASK table doesnt seem to contain any more helpful info, neither does audit trail
