HTML to Text issue

I am converting a single line email to text, but cannot seem to remove the /n character from the text.

The HTML to Text conversion gives me the 1st line in the screenshot, but the expression, 

replace(outputs('Compose_3'),'/n','') doesn't get rid of the /n.
 
What am I doing wrong?D-1147.png
