How to overcome Teams connector very frustrating limitation - Adaptive card + wait for reponse

Hi all,

There's still quite a weird limitation when it comes to lack of Teams action "Reply with adaptive card in channel and wait for responce" -- meaning one can post a card and get SubmitActionID on channel level, but can't do same with autoamtic reply to a channel message, which makes it nearly impossible to presetn choices / buttons as reply to adaptive card and depending on press, trigger certain Condition logic for example:

Is there any feasible workaround of how to retain Reply and branch the Flow via condition depending on which button is pressed? Maybe it can be achived with combination of different connectors? Would appreciate any ideas.
