Custom Form Does Not Appear in Power Pages Trial

Hi,

I've created a Power Pages trial environment and am using the default template. I created a new page with a custom form. When I load the page, I receive an error message and the page doesn't render at all (see first image below).

I've discovered that by changing the page template to "Full Page" within Portal Mgmt > Web Pages and clearing the Basic Form field, the page will render but the form still doesn't appear. Further, If I add the form back into the Basic Form field and save, the page totally crashes again. I've tried syncing all my changes and clearing the cache. Any ideas?

    Hi @Anonymous

You can enable the custom error logging(YSOD) to see the detailed error.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/portals/admin/view-portal-error-log

Then if you can post the screenshot error, we will certainly help.

Thinking loud,  I suspect the power pages site creation might have crashed in the backend (Azure).

Can you also create a new power pages site, wait ten minutes to provision, and then try adding the form? This approach will work.

    Hope it helps.

@ragavanrajan - Thank you! After enabling the YSOD screen i could see one of my form controls couldn't validate a required field. Once I fixed this, the form worked! Super helpful.
