Hello everyone,
we would like to send an individual link to the customer via email, which would allow a connection to a record in our CRM. Is there a way to generate a link with parameters that are automatically transferred into the form? The link should redirect the customer to a PowerPages page that checks the validity of the link. If the link is invalid, the customer will receive a corresponding notification. However, if the link is valid, the customer can submit changes through a form.

Hi

Yes you can generate a link that can be used to go right to a record. But There are many things said above but no where does it explain what code and where, will it exist that generates it and emails it out.

Also, you have to make sure the user has a license and permission.

Thank you for the feedback! My question was more general and focused on whether it’s possible to generate a link that allows the user to directly access and edit a specific CRM record in the portal. The licenses and permissions are already in place and properly configured. I'm mainly interested in the mechanism of passing and validating parameters in the link before the user is redirected to the relevant PowerPages page.
