Pulling Information from an Email?

I'm trying to pull information from a specific email address and automatically input the information into a specific Excel sheet containing the clients information located in the body of the email.  I also would like Microsoft Flow to take the information from the body of the email (whether it be a text message or an email address) and automatically send the person an email or a text message. Any help on this? Please let me know.

    Hi @Laved ,

As far as I know, there are a few of these requirements that we can achieve.

    • Extract information from the specified email address.
    • Extract information from the body of the received email.
    • Send an email to the specified person.

It is currently impossible to add the extracted information to a specific Excel sheet containing the clients information located in the body of the email.

Existing actions can only insert data into Excel tables, and Excel files need to be stored in SharePoint or OneDrive.

Regarding how to extract information from the email body and extract information from the specified email address, WDL function is generally used to achieve similar requirements.

Please refer to similar thread and see if it helps:

If you have further needs, please provide more details so that we can provide the appropriate workaround.

    Best Regards,
