Reminder Flow for Library items with different expiry periods

Hi all, hoping someone can help with a flow I need to create to send email reminders for training certificates that are saved in one Library but all have differing expiry periods for example, some are valid for 6 months, others for a year or 5 years. I want to be able to send a reminder email 3 days before the Certificate expires.

I have set up the Library to have a Certificate Date column, a Renewal (Months) column and then a calculated Expiry Date column.

I had been able to create a reminder flow using an expiry date that was just a date column (not calculated) but have discovered the same flow does not work with calculated columns. I have seen some posts about using Filter Values etc but I'm not sure how to apply the same information to my Flow.

This is what worked before .....

But now I want to set one up for the following Library .... where the Expiry Date is calculated on the Certificate Date plus the Renewal time period.

Would greatly appreciate help with what I would need to add and change to this flow to get this to work ... I think I need to at least change "Get Items" to "Get Files (properties only)" but I'm not sure what the Filter Query formula should be. Or any other changes that might be needed.
