Hello all!

I'm receiving the following error message from a flow I just created recently:

"ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied. The execution of template action 'Delete_email_(V2)' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied."

The goal of my Flow is to delete incoming emails received from a certain external sender with “Request Notice” in the subject line and “REQUEST-ID: REQP” in the body of the email.

here is a sample of the flow I created, I'm not certain if I'm missing some settings but any guidance and assistance would be very appreciated from the community.

although the run history shows success it seems to still have failed with the error mentioned above:

Thank you so much @ManishSolanki !

After successfully editing the flow by adding a Compose Action to grab the body of the e-mail then another action to put the Body of the E-Mail from HTML to Text and then my Condition to Delete and it worked!

Hi @Kurebis

I would suggest adding a compose action before condition action and pass the email body to check the text of the email.

@ManishSolanki I really appreciate you helping me out on this but it's still giving me the error. I even triple-checked for any spacing or anything mismatched but still getting the error.

Hi @Kurebis

It is working at my end; the only difference is I have put subject filter directly in trigger:

Pls check if there is any blank or white space before or after the words used in condition action.

Thank you for answering to my question so quickly @ManishSolanki .

but everything seems to be matching form Subject and Body, here is an example of the E-Mail coming in:

They get both REQUEST-ID: REQPxxxxxx and REQUEST-ID: REQxxxxx E-Mails but want the ones containing "REQUEST-ID: REQPxxxxxx" to be deleted automatically.

Hi @Kurebis

Pls check if subject or text which you are compared with the body text is in different case (upper or lower case). The condition will search for exact match & if return fails if it does not find the exact match.

To search ignoring case, you need to write an expression while comparing.
