ReportHelp! Some metadata changes to GlobalOptionSet and OptionSet metadata are not being reflected in the output from Dynamics 365 via Azure Synapse Link. Made some changes to these option-sets in April 2023 and I can see that some of the changes (additions) are seen in both the csv files and the SQL-like tables created in the Data Lake and we are struggling to work out why (especially as some changes are visible and others not).
