Errors using Create an IcM Incident

I am working on making an existing flow more efficient while adding some new functionality and am creating an entirely new one while leaving my existing one in production.  I need to utilize the 'Create an IcM Incident' connector but have been running into two issues.  The first is that while setting up the connector it will randomly get out of the options before I finish setting them up and states 'error loading component' when hovering over the red exclamation.

The second issue is when I can successfully configure the options of the connector I then see the message below.  I have tried creating a new connection but then it turns the connector into the error above.

I initially thought the issue could have been caused by trying to use variables to control some of the fields so I set up a new flow with an instant trigger.  I still ran into these issues while trying to set up the connector and only inputting text or selecting pre-existing options from drop down menus.  Are there currently any issues occurring with this connector?

    Hi @Anonymous, @spallisaur,

    Yes, I can reproduce this issue today. This action is only supported on Microsoft Tennant, please consider contacting Microsoft Support for further help so that this issue could be solved as soon as possible:

    Hi @spallisaur,

    Sorry, I tested it on my side, but still couldn't reproduce it, you can recreate a new Flow and test it.

    I will report this issue to MSFT if there still have the issue in the future days, please be patient.

    @v-litu-msft thank you for responding.

    No, I did not use the copy option.  For testing I added two new instances of the connector on a new flow which is where the screenshots came from.  I also got these results from two separate accounts and using two different browsers along with InPrivate mode and a new sign in.  I have also had a colleague try this and he gets the same results trying to use this connector.

    Re: Errors using Create an IcM Incident

    Hi @spallisaur,

    I assume the "Create an IcM incident action 2" action is copied from the "Create an IcM incident action", right? If you copied from it, it will have some configuration conflicts, such as Title. So it is not recommended to create this action by copying it directly from the same action.

    If you still have the issue about Connection, you can sign out your account and then sign in, then try it again.
