PVA Published bot not sending flow message after deployment to production environment.

Hi, 

 

I have a development and a production environment. I deployed the bot to production and the users installed the bot on MS teams.
We send messages to users via Power automate using the "Post message in a chat or channel" action.  But when I make changes to the pva bot and deploy from dev to prod.  The flow returns an error saying that the "Bot is not installed" even though the user has the bot installed.  The user had to either update or re install the bot.  How do I avoid this?
