How to add Google reCAPTCHA to registration page?

Hi all

 

Needing some help on how to add google recaptcha to the registration page. 

 

I have a key to use from google and have added the following to Site Settings -

I'm unsure where to go from here. 

 

I need it appearing similar to this:

    Hi @Usernametwice23 

     

    In Portal management 

    1. Under Website> Site settings 

    2. Creat a new site setting called "Authentication/Registration/CaptchaEnabled" 

    3. Set this value to true

    4. Hit Save and close 

     

    In Portal studio

    1. Pres sync configuration and browse the website. And press "Ctrl+F5" 

     

    Output:
