I am new here and I'm looking urgently for a solution to one my requirement . I would be happy with any solution be it VBA or in Power Automate.
below criteria.
1. Work Allocation of cases should be equally distributed in the team. (10 ppl)
2. Assigning should be on FIFO basis. (First in first out) i.e based on the case Created Date(Oldest first)
3)I have 2 Excel files 1with Task details and 1 with Employee details in SharePoint.
4)I will mark Absense in the Employee Detail sheet if employee is not available
5)Email will be triggered each employees only with their tasks
