Power Pages Site is Down

Hello, Our live power pages site is down. I am getting the error message "

Access to -------.powerappsportals.com was denied

You don't have the user rights to view this page.

HTTP ERROR 403"

The site checker says "

Portal does not load and displays "Server Error

Portal Startup Issue

Error

The suggested fix is " To fix this issue, update the URL of your Dynamics 365 organization connected to this portal.Learn more."

I have done this but it hasn't fixed the error. The site was up and running intermittently but is back to not working.

Please help!

Hi @DD33,

check again today as there were some updated around 10-12 am UTC. I faced some issues as well which are usually resolved when Microsoft notices what they did wrong.

As your case seems to be urgent and it has been running smoothly before, I suggest to also raise a ticket.

Thank you! Yes it ended up being an issue on Microsoft's end. How often does this happen? Are there posts or resources for how to handle these types of situations? It was a massive disruption for our clients.

Hi @DD33,

Unfortunately there is nothing public on when or what they are changing with those "minor" updates.

What we got from our experiences is that usually some updates are coming on Tuesday around 12-15. Sometimes earlier and sometimes later.

Hello Lucas001, Do you know where to submit a ticket? My site is having the exact same issue and I am not able to find an escalation path. I submitted a ticket with Dynamics 365 Help/Support and they directed me to create a Microsoft HelpDesk ticket and then HelpDesk directed me to email Dynamics Duty Managers and they directed me to call the Microsoft Professional Hotline which directed me to submit a Dynamics 365 Help/Support Ticket. Our site is still down and I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Hi @v-taroemish,

you can raise a ticket from the admin center athttps://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

Once you create a ticket, explain your issue and link this thread so that the support can have a look.

Hi Lucas001,
I really appreciate your response. I did try that route but when you indicate that the error is regarding PowerPages they send you to Microsoft HelpDesk to create a ticket. HelpDesk then refers you to the Dynamics Duty Managers that direct you to call the support Hotline which directs you back to that initial support link you provided.
