Hi Team,

I have a scenario - if a status field(choice column) in SharePoint changes to close(item update), need to send an email to get the feedback from the end user.(Directly to Outlook365 like below format)

Can we achieve this with power automate?

if any support is gratefull🙂

Thanks for your reply, Rob.
I am aware of the flow when a list item is updated, but I am looking out for how to send an email body with input fields.

Is it posible with any of the power platform?

@Srilakshmi2022 a few things to bear in mind:

1) in your flow

you'll need to use the "when an item or a file is modified" trigger;

then the "get changes for an item or a file" action;

then a condition to check "Has column Changed: Status" is equal to true AND Status Value is equal to Close.

2) you'll need a column in your list for the email address of the user.

3) You can't embed a Microsoft Forms form in an email, only provide a link to it in the Send an email (v2) action.
