Hi guys,

I am just trying to build a flow, where I want to perform an action, after an event has been deleted in my O365 calendar.

The thing which I have trouble with is, that when an event has been deleted

My flow triggers, (because the event has been deleted)
but the thing comes with the following actions:
I just can't access the data of the deleted event.

I get it: the event is deleted no data left, but that's what I need the trigger for: I need to now which event has been deleted and send me an e-mail.

Just doesn't work.

Guys I am courious about your thougts!

I've tried to do a Get_Event with the itemId of the deleted event, but that returns a 404, so no solution there...

Hey @Ddave182

So all the "When a/ an 'xyz' is deleted" triggers in Flow are designed in a way that you get minimal information when the flow is triggered with this trigger (basically when the xyz is deleted from the connector source). The only thing you get for sure in all of them is the ID of that particular item/record (event in your case).

You are correct
the data is not available once the event is deleted
This is either how the trigger is designed or is a bug

Contrary to when an item is deleted in SharePoint it gives the details of that item
