When an .jpeg file uploaded inside a folder generate the same metadata of its own folder

I have multiple folders in a library, within this folders there are automatically generated word files. 

In our flow a colleague uploads a .jpeg file inside each folder. 

My question is how can I create a flow which assures this uploaded file will have the same POST_ID

    I added .jpg file and manually wrote POST_ID, I am trying to make a flow which writes itself.
