I have set up a form, and an automated email that is generated from the response.

Ideally I want the email that is triggered in the flow to come 'from' the form respondent, not from 'me' the form/flow owner - is this possible?

Thank you so much @FLMike -

Unfortunately I won't be able to set that myself but I can put a request in for someone to centrally take over the flow to enable that.

    cheers!

    Hi

It can, however it can only be done if the person who created the Flow and Added the Connection can, send on Behalf of people.

Understanding that although you can set the From, by using the Email or the Responder, the Action will not work during run time, if the
owner of that flow and specifically that Action (to send an email) has permission to send on behafl of everyone.

Usually I use a Service Account (that has a license), and then have it be given Send on Behalf permissions (not read or admin privs) to everyones mailbox that will need to be "emulated"

    Then it would work.

Of course you could just have them give YOU all the send on behalf permissions also.. but its better to use a service account

As this is the Answer, I would appreciate it you marked it as such.
