    Hi @GreguS,

hireDate is a SharePoint specific field as described in this documentation:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/user?view=graph-rest-1.0#properties

The hire date of the user. The Timestamp type represents date and time information using ISO 8601 format and is always in UTC. For example, midnight UTC on Jan 1, 2014, is 2014-01-01T00:00:00Z.

    Returned only on $select.
Note: This property is specific to SharePoint in Microsoft 365. We recommend using the native employeeHireDate property to set and update hire date values using Microsoft Graph APIs

Try and use a Send an HTTP request and retrieve the employeeHireDate for the same user and see if that makes a difference?

    Below is an example
    https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/users/@{variables('UPN')}?$select=employeeHireDate

    Hi @GreguS,

The expression you are using refers to the first action (the trigger action).

Try the below expression instead, which refers to the outputs of the Send an HTTP request action instead:
    body('Send_an_HTTP_request')?['employeeHireDate']

    Hi @GreguS,

TriggerOutputs refers to the outputs of the Trigger action (the first action in your flow). In your case that is the When a group member is added or remove action

If you want to use the outputs of a different action you can use the body function

    body('<actionName>')
