Hello everyone, I am new to Power Pages and wanted to ask that is it possible to tag user or contact in the text box or so while creating a record or when a record is created. Currently in my Power page Portal we are creating Case records. So is there any way to achieve it or so plealse provide me the documentation link or you can comment your approach.

    @RasikSawant09 tagging users/contacts like you can here is not supported out of the box. You might be able to create this functionality by yourself - although I strongly advise against exposing all contacts for all to tag.

    @RasikSawant09  I think we cannot tag the users/contacts in portal comment but we can show the timeline or notes by enabling attachment at table level, inserting the timeline on the main form and creating a metadata for timeline/notes in the basic/advanced form.

    Thank you @jyotiatharv but my scenario is that when we are creating a Portal comment can we tag any user or contact in that comment? If you know the answer please do reply about the same. I am actually looking for a feature like Post in d365 is it available on Power Pages

    @RasikSawant09
    You can prepopulate a field in basic form. You can create a lookup of contact field say portalcontact in Case table and get it prepopulated in portal by creating attribute metadata for basic form. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/configure-basic-form-metadata
