Converting UTC to Local Time Zone of Receiving User

I have a Power Automate that creates an event. I would like the event to be at 8/25/23 at 10am no matter what time zone you are in. So if i send it to someone in California it will be 10am and also 10am in New York. These are individual invites and not a meeting they join (its just a time block)

How do I do this?

You need to dynamically set the time zone according to the different regions where the user is located.

Not sure how you want to do that without bending the laws of physics?
