I started observing some of the web api calls started failing with 500 exception post APR 14 2025, which were working fine earlier.
It has table permission and also enabled for web api.
I tried recreating permissions but no use. Can anyone please help me with this issue.

    I will say exactly what I said on the same post you did in another spot (which is not necessary btw, we will see them all), is you have to share what you are doing.

    Just saying I got 500 errors, when there are thousands of actions and API's out there :-( we cannot offer much.

    @Michael E. Gernaey , Ya I have duplicated the request as I need some help asap.
    My code is all working fine till last week I got it promoted to QA env on Apr 14th and QA env is stable .
    But what I noticed in Dev environment is few of the webapi.safeAjax GET calls started failing with 500 exception. There is no change done to table permissions and site setting enable and field, It was same as before and was working fine since more than a year.
    I have a patch deployment next week and now my work is blocked.

    Hello,

    You are getting a general error, you need to identify the exact error for that please add the below code in your Webapi request

      success: function (res, status, xhr) {
            console.log("Success:", res);
          },
          error: function (xhr, status, error) {
            console.error("Error:", error);
            console.error("Status:", status);
            console.error("XHR:", xhr);
          }

    Ok there are couple of things that is causing this issue.

    Firstly check if you're getting the same error by hitting this url "https://<yourportalname>.powerappsportals.com/_api/<yourentityname>". If yes, then you need to go to your site settings and under "Webapi/<yourentityname>/fields" set value to *

    If you're not getting any error then something is wrong with your Webapi request(probably the url)

    Cheers 🎉
