I've created several tables and apps in Dataverse for teams and have created a channel for users to access them. I want to change Member access for a particular table. I go to the table under the Build tab, choose Manage Permissions, choose Members, choose Collaborate and then Save. It appears to work but when I close and go back in Members still have Full access. Any ideas?
for me the problem solved itself after a few days. I changed nothing but can change the permission in the tables now.
I was forced to repurpose an old table with the correct permissions. None of my permissions will change. Perhaps there is a quota of how many tables you are allowed to share?
I am also having the same problem
Does somebody have the solution for that? I have the same problem.
I'm trying to change member permissions for access to a single table only. As per MS instructions I choose the table on the build screen and access Manage Permissions from there. I seem to be able to make the change, but it doesn't take. When I close out after saving and then go back to Manage Permissions for the table it's still set at the default for Members - Full Access.
Is the update to permissions not being saved when you go back and check, or are there users that still have full access even though they should be part of the "member" group?
