i cant seem to submit the power up challenge after completion, it keeps saying error 502, web server received an invalid response.

    Assuming that your format is good and its not over 128 MB, please reach out to support directly to get help.

    Based on the screenshot which you have shared you might have upload the large file which exceeds the volume of 128 MB because of that the upload functionality was not successful check the volume of data which you have uploaded. Try to reduce the size of volume if exceed more than 128 MB you can compress the resolution accordingly. 
     
    If the volume is not the issue as @Michael suggested kindly drop a note to the Power Up Support Teampowerup-support@microsoft.comPower Up Team will reach you in a day and they can suggest what can we proceed for the next steps.

    This could be a temporary problem so it might be worth trying again at a later time.
     
    Otherwise, as the others have mentioned, the best thing to do is to email powerup-support@microsoft.com
